Can you believe it’s the middle of the summer already?
Summer often is the perfect time to reflect and reconnect with friends and family. After a busy, jam packed spring for business and social activities, I was looking forward to recharge my emotional and intellectual batteries, meeting good friends and catching up on my reading list.
I also wanted to take some time to reflect on the road I’ve traveled since starting my coaching practice as this summer marks the 16th anniversary of Coaching4Success. It is hard to believe how fast time has flown.
During the past sixteen years, I have had the great privilege of working with smart and talented professionals from over 45 countries from three continents: America, Europe and Asia. This diversity not only provides a unique environment in which to understand cultural differences, but also gives Coaching4Sucess participants the opportunity to recognize their “cultural intelligence” and apply different approaches in their personal and professional lives.
While I continue to be actively involved in both executive and management coaching, over the past 16 years, I have, at the request of many, broadened my Coaching4Success training programs which aimed at helping my clients improve their overall leadership skills and chances for results and success.
In the corporate training aspect of my work, I will continue to deliver interactive and flexible customized programs that identify the specific demands of organizations and build on the knowledge and experience of their members.
I’m looking forward to the rest of 2014. Like many of you, I am taking holidays during August before returning in the fall with a broad range of new activities. Though there aren’t any official functions slated for the summer, I do intend to be in and around Prague, albeit less often than usual, so please stay in touch.
